The chilling news that filtered into the air from a reliable source is the plot by the Presidency in concert with PDP chieftains in IMO State to flood Oguta with over 500 militants for the re-run of Oguta Local Government Constituency for Imo House of Assembly Election scheduled for June 26, 2013.

Our source has it that the reason is not unconnected with the the desperation by the ruling party to remain in power at all cost since Governor Okorocha remains a stumbling block for his large figure and popularity both in the South East and other parts of the country. It was purported that losing Oguta will diminish what is left of PDP in the South East and beyond.

Our source further averred that attack on Governor Okorocha recently at Oguta by a group said to be in the campaign train of the PDP candidate for the re-run for which Dibiagwu, PDP candidate confirmed is just the tip of the iceberg. It is said that forty ex militants are expected to man each booth in Oguta and are instructed to kill and maim if that is the only option left to him. More worrisome is the agreement that should any of the mercenaries be caught, his case should be referred to Abuja where such matter person will discharged and acquitted. Meanwhile, both the Police and the Army are to protect these insurgent as the unleash a mayhem on the people of Oguta and IMO State in general.

It will be recalled that all sorts of antics have been employed by the Presidency and PDP all in a bid to smear Governor Okorocha, the first phase has been to tarnish his image with EFCC always on the prowl detaining and embarrassing IMO State Government appointees. Again, There was a confessional statement on how Agbaso family in concert with Emeka Offor had tried on failed coup to remove Okorocha from office.

The source has it that the responsibility on the shoulders of the militants does not end with Oguta election, they are meant to unsettle the system thereby causing a call for state of emergency.
This grand plan to destabilize IMO State was further concluded last Sunday, June 16, 2013 at         Senator Arthur Nzeribe's Heaven of Peace Villa where all the PDP chieftain were called with the head of various outlaw groups. Little wonder, Governor Okorocha's convoy attack by the thugs came on the dawn of that meeting. A source disclosed that the Agenda of the meeting was rather on the strategies to hold IMO by the jugular and how to win by all means even if it means everybody dropping dead. Fear is the only known work among the people of Oguta since anyone who shows up as a stumbling block will be sent to his early grave.

Just today, June 18, 2013, at about 1 pm, from a reliable source, PDP through the Minister of Youth Development, Inuwa Abdulkadir had called a meeting of the National Youth Assembly canvassing for partnership for 2015. He however called the Youth Assembly to join hands with PDP and the Presidency in its bid to retain power at all cost. He however sold to them how they would be made comfortable even though it was meeting that ended with grouse for starving the students that gathered from various States of Federation.

This call for worry as simple logic will infer the reason for the release of the deadly BoKo Haran insurgents from the custody at various fees. It follows that these deadly terrorists may have been released on a price of been used to unleashed a deadly onslaught on the people of Nigeria especially those States PDP feels it will not win votes. This evil master stroke has been tried in Rivers State against Governor Rotimi Amechi where Ex militants were unleashed on the public all in the name of protest against Governor Rotimi Amechi.

If Nigeria's democracy will survive, 2015 is a make or mar year while civil war may just be inevitable, should the ruling party hatches the planned impunity against the opposition and Nigerians in desperation to cling unto power.
